Texas law enforcement agencies have announced task force crackdowns for DUI and BWI violators for Memorial Day weekend. All over the state police agencies will be working together to arrest any persons suspected of drinking too much alcohol and then driving their vehicles or operating boats.
On holiday weekends the police almost take a zero tolerance attitude when it comes to DUI arrest. If an officer smells alcohol on a drivers breath they will conduct field sobriety test.
